What this covers
Bring the machine in and we look at it properly. We check the cooling, the storage, the battery, the screen and the software, then explain what we found in words that make sense - and what it will take to put right. You get a figure before any work begins. Nothing is done without your say-so, and if a repair is not worth doing we will tell you that too. Servicing is the other half of this: a machine cleaned and checked once a year lasts years longer than one that is only ever seen when it breaks.
